About Northanger Abbey:
Northanger Abbey is Jane Austen's Gothic parody - her trademark biting wit and social satire, with an additional air of the macabre. It tells the story of Catherine Morland, who, upon being introduced to society in Bath, is so caught up in Gothic novels that her overactive imagination begins to see villains, heroes and conspiracy all around her. We look forward to helping to celebrate Jane Austen's 250th Birthday with this production.
Lake Mac Arts is supporting and collaborating on this production, providing funding, stage space, promotion and production facilities.
